Why then when we see bad art do people say "It's not art"? The truth: IT IS ART! May not be GOOD but that doesn't change what it is. If my car stops running it's still a car, Just a crappy one that's all!
"What is art" was the big question of the 20th century. Seems to me it's time to stop asking "Is it art" and start asking "Is it GOOD?". It's the 21st century now, so let's take a step forward.
